State-Specific Eligibility

Course eligibility is determined by the applicable state program, citation, court or agency instructions, driving history, deadlines, and other program requirements. Students are responsible for selecting the correct course.

Course Access & Participation

Courses are delivered online. Required instructional time, unit structure, identity checks, quizzes, examinations, or other participation requirements vary by program. Course access may expire according to the enrollment terms shown at registration.

Accurate Student Information

Students must provide complete and accurate registration information, including identity, citation, court, driver-license, contact, and eligibility information where requested. Incorrect information may delay or prevent completion reporting.

Fees & Payment

Refunds

Certificates & Reporting

After successful completion, 1stDrive provides or processes completion documentation according to the applicable state program. Students remain responsible for any separate filing or submission required by a court or agency.

Communications

By registering or requesting support, you authorize communications reasonably related to registration, payment, course access, eligibility, completion, certificates, technical support, or account administration by email, telephone, text message, or website forms, as applicable.

State-specific requirements
Requisitos específicos por estado
Florida: The current 1stDrive BDI offering is limited to eligible Miami-Dade County citations. Follow Florida and clerk election rules.
Missouri: Court permission may be required. Current 1stDrive terms state completion deadlines and timely filing of Form 4444 apply.
Tennessee: Obtain court permission when required and complete the applicable 4-hour program before submitting the certificate as instructed.
Wisconsin: A Wisconsin Failure-to-Yield student agreement is presented during enrollment.
Oregon and North Dakota: Eligibility and certificate/reporting rules are state- and program-specific. Follow current agency or court instructions.
Florida: La oferta BDI actual de 1stDrive está limitada a citaciones elegibles de Miami-Dade. Siga las reglas de Florida y del secretario judicial.
