By enrolling in the Florida Basic Driver Improvement Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Miami-Dade County Restriction:
    By enrolling in our Florida Basic Driver Improvement Course, you certify that your citation was issued in Miami-Dade County only and that you are eligible to elect this course for that citation. This course is approved specifically for Miami-Dade County citations

  2. Election Period:
    – You must voluntarily elect to take the course within 30 days of the citation date.

    – Inform the clerk of court in the county where the citation was issued of your election prior to attending the course.
    – Pay the required election fee to the clerk of court in the county where the citation was issued.
    – You may not elect to take the course to avoid points after the initial 30-day period from the citation date.
  3. Exclusions:
    You cannot attend the course if cited with a criminal violation, such as driving under the influence (DUI), leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, or knowingly driving with a suspended license.
  4. Commercial Drivers:
    Holders of commercial driver’s licenses (Class A, B, or C) are not eligible to elect this course to prevent points from a traffic ticket.
  5. State Orders and Citations:
    – The course is available to drivers who have received a letter from the state of Florida ordering them to take a defensive driving course.
    – The course is also available to drivers who received a traffic citation in any Florida county and wish to prevent points from being added to their driving record.
  6. Frequency:
    You may take the Florida Basic Driver Improvement Course only once within a 12-month period.

By enrolling in the Missouri Driver Improvement Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You cannot take a Missouri Driver Improvement Course before receiving court permission.
  • You have 60 days from your court appearance to complete the online course
  • You may take a Missouri Driver Improvement Course only once within a 36-month period
  • You must file completed MO Form 4444 with the appropriate court within 15 days of completing this course

According to Section 302.302 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, you are eligible for staying the assessment of points (point reduction) against your driving record for any ticket once every 36 months upon satisfactory completion of this course. This course must be completed within 60 days of the date of the violation to be eligible for point reduction benefits.

Exclusions:
1. Persons who received a ticket while operating a motorcycle must complete a Department-approved motorcycle rider training course to receive point reduction.
2. Persons who possess a Commercial Driver License (CDL) are excluded from completing this course for point reduction purposes per Section 302.302 of the Missouri Revised Statutes.

By enrolling in the Tennessee 4-Hour Defensive Driving Course, which is 4 hours long, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Obtain Court Approval: Obtain court permission to enroll in the course, if applicable.
  2. Complete the Course: Successfully finish our online course, which is easy to study and pass.
  3. Submit Your Certificate: Provide your certificate to the court as proof of completion.

Students registering for the Wisconsin Failure to Yield Right of Way Course will be presented with a Customer (Student) Agreement to complete as part of the enrollment process. This Agreement is confidential and available only to Wisconsin students. It is not accessible to the public.

There is no refund whatsoever once you submit the registration to enroll in a course. All sales are final, and by enrolling in a course, you agree to this no-refund policy.

The student represents and warrants that the all information provided by the student is true and correct. The student further acknowledges and agrees that any misrepresentation regarding such information constitutes a breach of this agreement and of the affirmation of eligibility by the student.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, use, or resale any part of 1stDrive LLC information, material and services, without express written permission by us.

By registering, enrolling, and/or accessing our courses, you agree to be contacted by 1stDrive LLC and its representatives. This contact may include, but is not limited to, communication by email, phone (including voice calls and text messages), and through all contact forms submitted during the registration process. Additionally, by providing your contact information, you consent to receive updates, course information, and other correspondences related to our services.

Students agree that their information, including but not limited to images, names, and address, may be used and displayed on the website. Students can request the removal of their information by contacting us.

Once you complete a course, we will email your Certificate of Completion at no charge.

Most courses will expire 30 days after the date of registration. Please ensure you complete your course within this timeframe to avoid losing access.

Students acknowledge and agree that the courses provider may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the courses or any information on this Site at any time without notice. The courses provider may also change the fees or payment terms for the courses, and students agree to pay any additional fees or updated fees or charges that may be incurred as a result of such changes. 1stDrive LLC shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions that may occur.

1stDrive LLC takes your privacy seriously and employs Secure Server technology to encrypt all personal information transmitted through our website. Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party, except when required by the courts or monitoring agencies. isconsin FTY Course | Customer (student) Agreement

Refund Policy
